Ok here the steps for getting shiny pokemon


1. you have 1/9000 chance of getting a shiny pokemon i may be wrong in 1/9000 chances
2. if you keep encountering shiny pokemon thats a good way to get more
3. shiny pokemon come out of randomly you might be lucky
4.grab alot of pokeballs if your looking for strong shiny pokemon
5. try to kill it
6.If your impatient use AR or Gameshark
7. if your not a hacker use 1-5
8. If your playing a hack game say like Pokemon Ruby Destiny in a forest near the steel gym leader you get 1/8 chance of Shiny pokemon

Actually the chances are 1/8,192.

Also the PokeRadar helps increase your chances.

There is this way of having a better chance of getting a shiny pokemon. Breed a Japanese Pokemon with an English Pokemon and you have a better chance of having the egg hatch to a shiny pokemon!
