Here is a list of points a staff member can get before being demoted:
Admin: 25 (we expect highly out of admin)
Assistant Admin: 40
Super Moderator: 40
Moderator: 50
Junior Mod: 100 Your just learning.
GFX Artist: 150 your are too good, to let go.
